Courier Booking Form


How It Works

We use StarTrack couriers. You can book a driver to collect from your business or residential address, weekdays during the set collection window of 12pm-5pm.

You will need:

  1. A box – to pack the laptop (Smaller the better – no accessories or chargers)
  2. Access to a printer – to print the barcoded StarTack label
  3. Contact person at business/home – to hand over the parcel (12pm-5pm)

If you have any issues with the booking please reach out via email or sms. 

Package Details

If you don’t have the original laptop box, that’s ok, any cardboard box will do. Shoebox, board game box, a box from the post office, local shops are all ok. 

Box dimensions are required in order to have a free pick-up. If the box is too large, it may not qualify.

Enter the box size in Centimeters (Cm’s)

Unfortunately, that box is a little too big.

Can you find a smaller box or cut the height down to make it smaller?

Remember, we do NOT need any chargers or cords, and not much padding is required as the most fragile part of the laptop is already damaged. 

Also, check you are using Centimeters (cm’s) not Millimeters (mm’s)

A common size for large laptops we get in is approx. 

Length: 45cm x Width 35cm x Height 12cm

If you need to source a new box check local shops, (they like to get rid of them) or purchase one from post offices, office supply shops, and hardware stores.
